THE ADA CHAIR
Designed by Meg Dortmans, Year 2 Industrial Design student from Western Sydney University and brought to life and made by Maxton Fox’s engineering and production specialists.
Inspired and named after Meg’s Dutch Oma ‘Ada’, who lives in Holland. Ada was a strong influence in Meg’s creative development and Meg has fond memories of her Oma sitting in her favourite chair. The Ada chair is named and designed from this.
The Ada Chair is a feature armchair designed for a variety of commercial and residential spaces. Extremely comfortable and with a robust form, this chair ticks all the boxes as well as from a sustainability perspective.
