Artesian Capital is a global alternative investment management firm which has been experiencing growth, and needed a new showcase workplace in central CBD Sydney. The team rested on Level 4, 1 Castlereigh Street.

Sustainability is of key importance to the team, as is supporting Australian businesses. Therefore when it came to the design and selection of furniture for their offices, Maxton Fox was the preferred manufacturing partner to work with.

Maxton Fox team worked closely with the client and PMG Group at the earliest stages of the project to develop. Consulting on stability factors for architectural and features joinery screen systems, advise on finishes as well as workstation planning. The team at Maxton Fox were able to provide that level of consultancy, local manufacturing and competitive budgeting across all items in which we were able to deliver against.

The focus for Artesian’s Sydney HQ was very much about bringing the softer elements to the workplace and creating interesting elements of privacy as well as a key zones on a limited floor plan for client worthy meeting areas to private social space for the staff to enjoy and feel at home in.

Maxton Fox’s new Tasman workstation range is featured in this project and certainly brings that element of warmth to the floors with the natural timber design.
