Servicing one of Sydney’s fastest growing suburbs, Camden Council has consolidated into one civic facility as part of a centrepiece and focal point of Oran Park Town Centre.

The new $35.6 million Administration building, designed by GroupGSA, and built by ADCO Construction, allows for a growing Council and ensures that Camden Council continues to deliver quality services to the Community.

The Council’s Administration Building includes a floor area of approximately 6,000sqm which consists of a Customer Service area, Council Chambers, central atrium, administration offices and a car park.

Maxton Fox were awarded the contract to design and develop a suite of furniture along with key bespoke joinery elements. The team at Maxton Fox worked very closely with the GroupGSA Architect and the ADCO team specifically from a joinery perspective, where colour matching and hand selecting veneer was required regularly throughout the project.
