The Beach Comber Hotel on NSW’s Central Coast changed hands to the Oscar’s Hotel Group for $20million.

Trescon Constructions were engaged along with Elaine Richardson Architects to re-design and develop this iconic property.

Located between two Great Lakes and the Pacific Ocean, the Beachcomber has nearly 100m of lake frontage and its own private pier.

Maxton Fox were engaged by Trescon Constructions to deliver all manufacturing and installation for the joinery works across the Beaches Bar and all 80 rooms within the Hotel Resort.

The resort is now open and functioning as a 4-star offering. Providing fun and sophisticated indoor and outdoor bars, restaurants, function rooms, 80 rooms, and gaining facilities along with a lake-side pool and gym.

We are proud to have worked closely with Trescon and Elaine Richardson to help bring this new and iconic development to life as a collaborative team effort.
